Hi I'm Brady Banning

I like turtles. I'm Mormon :)

About Me

I am 21 years old and I'm from Nampa, Idaho. I'm very active and enjoy watching and playing sports. I have a twin brother who I have obviously spent my whole life with and he is a United States Marine. I am currently serving the Lord in San Jose and I know that this is the place I am needed right now. I have a lot of hobbies such as; wakeboarding, hiking, pong and anything outdoors but my favorite hobby is snow skiing, I absolutely love it. My style is slope style, I love living on the edge. I will be attending BYUi in the winter.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of this church because it has the full truth and it is the church established by Christ. It provides so much comfort and happiness that just cannot be explained. I haven't always been a strong member of this church but through examples set by my friends going on missions I've decided that it is what I needed to do. Now that I am on a mission and my testimony is stronger than it has ever been before, I can fully see why I am meant to serve a mission. I know for a fact that this is the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and that we have a living prophet on this earth today. The Book of Mormon is nothing but truth and I have prayed about it.

How I live my faith

Lately I have tried to be the best example I can be to my family and friends by choosing to serve a 2 year mission. I have strived to be a pure and worthy priesthood holder by keeping the commandments. Anytime I have the opportunity to talk about or back up my churchs' beliefs I do so. I have a strong testimony of this church and know it was restored, Thomas S. Monson is our current prophet. Right now I am just serving the Lord trying to bring as many of his children as I can into the true gospel. I know it is true, I just want others to gain that same testimony.
