Hi I'm Nate Clement

I'm a Father. I like running. I serve in the U.S. Air Force as a Pathologist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Father of four. My wife and children mean the world to me. I serve as a Pathologist in the U.S. Air Force and am delighted to serve my country. We are stationed in Europe and enjoy seeing new countries and becoming acquainted with new people, cultures, and language. Ever since I was little I have enjoyed running. I feel better after a good run.

Why I am a Mormon

My ancestors joined the church in America and England in the early 1800's. They established a legacy of faith and I was fortunate to be one of their descendants. My own path began as a young man in reading the Book of Mormon. Its purpose is to testify that Jesus is the Christ and the Savior of all mankind. Reading it fills me with a desire to an obedient son of God and servant of the Lord. I feel happier when my time is focused on others and not on myself. The Savior frequently taught this in the scriptures and it is true. I served a mission in Brazil years ago and saw how the gospel changes people's lives for the better. I saw families embrace this faith and become happier. It has been fun to see their progress in the church as we keep in touch on facebook.

How I live my faith

I love to read the Book of Mormon and sing church hymns. Sometimes I will sing them out loud at home but my kids frequently ask me to stop. My talent is not singing :-) I love to listen to talks given by our Prophet and the Twelve Apostles on my ipod. It is a source of great spiritual strength, faith, and wisdom. I know that their words are true. I enjoy visiting with other church members in their homes and feeling the presence of the Holy Ghost together. In our church I serve as a leader of men. In this church there are remarkable men who love their families and are completely devoted fathers and husbands. I am deeply grateful for my church membership and the association it brings with other church members.
