Hi I'm Kyra

I have lived in Arizona all my life. I have a big and fun family. I love to learn. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the oldest of six kids, three boys and three girls. I like to play the piano, read books, sing, and I like to enjoy nature. I like antique things, like old-fashioned lamp posts, telephones, and other similar things. I enjoy working hard and serving people around me. I like to hang out with my goofy friends, because they always make me smile! I love to spend time with my family, because they are always there for me.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been going to church all my life, and I had always wondered who I was, where I came from, where I was going after this life, and what was the purpose of it all. By going to church, listening to my leaders and teachers, and studying the scriptures, I was able to find the answers to my questions. By going to all the activities provided for me and studying on my own, I gained a testimony about how all the gospel principles applied in my life. I could see the bigger picture of what this life was all about. Throughout all of my life, I have felt the Holy Ghost working in my life. He testified to me of truth, and He continues to do so. My testimony of the gospel is a constant reminder of the truth that I have, and it also reminds me of how good and great the Lord is. He blesses me, and I am eternally grateful for Him, His Atonement, and for all that He has done in my behalf. I have personally received a testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and I know that the Bible and the Book of Mormon are the words of God to His children and that they are true. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is the true church. I know that there is a living prophet on the earth today, and I know that Joseph Smith was the prophet who restored the Lord's church to the earth. I know that the Lord loves and knows each and every one of us, His children. I love Him, and am eternally in debt to Him.

How I live my faith

I try to better live my faith everyday. I try my best to do the things the commandments that the Lord has asked me to live. I try my best to read my scriptures, say my prayers, choose the right, and keep the Lord's commandments the best that I know how. I strive to make these things great habits, but I know that if I don't do so well today, I know that I can do better tomorrow.
