Hi I'm Michael Monical

I grew up in Hudson Wisconsin. I leave for a 2 year church mission on April 17th of 2013. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I like to do anything and everything outside. Like hunting, fishing, mountain biking, cliff diving, snowboarding, four wheeling, water skiing, hiking camping, just being in nature and feeling the sun on my face. I am single. I went to a semester of college and I will soon be leaving for a church mission to Brazil in April of 2013. I have also played soccer, baseball, football, ran track, I've been a handy man, and have worked for the US forest service to fight forest fires. I also graduated high school last year in 2012.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I have grown up in this church and from what I have seen, heard and felt I never want to leave. I have a testimony that I know that this church is true, the Book of Mormon is a true book and was translated by the power of God. I know He lives on and that He still talks to us today. I hope who ever reads this will find out for themselves that this is the true church and that you will seek out ways on how to become closer to your Heavenly Father.

How I live my faith

I live my faith as I hope anyone would in my faith. I try like anyone would to obey the commandments that we have been given the best I can with what I have. I know I am not perfect and I know that but to me that still doesn't mean I wont try and live the commandments the best that I can and which I honestly do try and I hope it will all be alright in the end.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?
