Hi I'm Travis

I grew up in Idaho. I love to golf. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I have always loved to be outdoors. I really like to golf and hike. The world we live in is true proof of a divine being because of its pure beauty. Golfing has also taken me all over the place as far as different cities and places across the country, and it is my favorite activity to do with friends or to enjoy for myself. Even though I enjoy golfing I really love the gospel and what it teaches. I have lived in the gospel my whole life, but my testimony didn't not completely come into fruition until the last few years. I really enjoy the friends I have made because of the church in my ward and because of my values, but also I have made other friends who are not members but are still good people. I'm love my friends they are the greatest, and we really have had some good times together in service and just enjoying each others company.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The people that surround me in the church are kind, loving and have an outlook on life that is supportive and uplifting. I have been taught many life skills, leadership and work ethic through the teachings and examples of those that I associate with in the Mormon church. Every aspect of my life is blessed because of my membership in Christ's church. I really enjoy teaching about the things I have learned to my peers. I am glad I have many opportunities to teach and learn.

How I live my faith

In my church I have met people in my groups that I have been apart of that have really become my friends. I really enjoy there company and I wish I could be as intelligent and as well prepared for the world as they are. I was called to serve as there leader and teacher but they are the ones who have truly taught me through there examples and strong belief in the Mormon church. We often do service together and in my experience those types of hard instances are what we truly remember later on in life and also the people who we did them with. Other things I have done because of the faith I have lived include home teaching some of the elderly people I live next to and they are
