Hi I'm Kim

I love to clog, play the piano, and read. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a college student at Brigham Young University studying accounting. I am taking off school for the next 18 months to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons) in New Hampshire.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been blessed to be a member of the Church of Jesus Chris of Latter-day Saints my entire life. I was raised in a home where we focused our lives on the gospel of Jesus Christ. We read scriptures and prayed together on a daily basis. But, it was through my own study of the Book of Mormon and the Spirit testifying to me that I discovered that the gospel of Jesus Christ is true. I am a Mormon, because I feel God's love for me and I am able to understand His plan for me. I have a testimony of the gospel and I know that if I strive to become like Jesus Christ I will have the opportunity to return to the presence of God.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by the way I act on a daily basis. We are taught to live like Jesus Christ, and therefore every day I strive to develop attributes that would make me become more like Jesus Christ. One thing that helps me center my life on Jesus Christ is by listening and playing uplifting music. Music has a special affect on me and it helps me remember my standards.
