Hi I'm Anne

I'm a Minnesotan, but was born in Utah. I'm a student studying English and French. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a student studying English and French. Since I was a kid, I've always enjoyed books of all kinds from Harry Potter to the great classics such as Dickens and Austen. I'm fascinated by the power of words and language (which is ironic since I'm one of the shyest people out there) and I've made it my goal to learn as many languages as I can throughout my life. I'm a total nerd, especially when it comes to Star Trek. And I'm a hopeless romantic, using books and movies to fill that particular void in my life. I love to travel, especially in Europe, and London is my favorite city ever. I love movies and going to the theatre is one of my favorite past times. I love to have fun and laugh with my amazing friends and family!

Why I am a Mormon

I've grown up in this church, and it has been one of the few constants in my life. It's provided me a source of strength and inspiration in the hard times life has thrown my way. The standards of the church have helped me choose between right and wrong and have helped me avoid the traps and pitfalls of society that can cause many problems. I love the scriptures, especially the Book of Mormon, and find peace and comfort as well as guidance when I study them.

How I live my faith

When at school I attend and serve in the single's wards, where I've mostly helped coordinate music and teach Sunday School. When at home, I enjoy attending church with my family and helping out with the kids, teaching them and playing with the really young ones while their parents attend classes.
