Hi I'm Charity Stuber

I grew up in Hawaii on Oahu in little place called salt lake. I laugh and smile all day. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the middle child with six incredible siblings and have been blessed with two amazing parents. Whom have brought me up in the church and taught me many things including discipline, respect, and responsibility. I'm an athlete and always ready to try new sports. I love playing volleyball, tennis, golf, and soccer. Grew up in Hawaii. I love going to the beach and staying there all day. Watching sunrises and sunsets. I love my heritage and all that I have been taught about it and how important it is to know where you come from. I'm Samoan, Filipino, Irish, and Dutch. I love cooking and learning new things. My family are strong members and the Gospel is what holds us together. I have been called to serve a mission in the Dominican Republic Santiago Mission for 18 months and couldn't be more excited. I'm grateful for the many blessings I have received, I love my life and wouldn't have it any other way.

Why I am a Mormon

I was brought up in the Mormon religion and it is the only religion I have ever practiced. I have never thought to leave my faith because I love what it teaches and all the blessings that I gain from it. One that is very important to me is the gift of being sealed to you family for all time and eternity. My family is who I am and I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for them. Both my parents were converts and their conversion stories are amazing. I am converted every day of my life. My testimony grows everyday and confirms my faith and that I am a member of the true church here on earth. The Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day saints. Having the gospel of Jesus Christ restored to us by Joseph Smith a prophet of God who translated The Book of Mormon by the inspiration of Heavenly Father. The Book or Mormon is the keystone to my religion. I have prayed about this and have received personal revelation to this being the true church and all that it teaches is the knowledge I need to return to my Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and to live in their presence sealed to my family for all time and eternity. And that's why I'm a Mormon!

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday. I have a calling in the Young Women program and serve as an advisor in teaching the beehive class. I love my calling and being able to interact with the youth and helping them in any way I can. I learn so much from them and being able to see them grow spiritually is the most amazing feeling. We meet every Sunday and have one activity on a week day where we do service or learn a new skill.
