Hi I'm Tasman Biesinger

I grew up in Utah. I love putting things together, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have grown up in the beautiful grounds of Utah. My parents were both raised members and we enjoy the values and sense of community it has provided us. During high school I loved to play sports like American Football and Track & Field. Although I am not the biggest guy on the field I still loved to compete against the best of them. I was starting Left Tackle, and then moved to Left Guard and I took 4th place in the state competition for my school's division for throwing Shot put. I love anything competitive from on the field to shooting paint balls at my friends to any game that can be played sitting down including one of me favorites: Risk. I love being outdoors. Since I was 8 up until 15 I was heavily involved in scouting activities and have loved camping. My family and I go fishing in the beautiful lakes and mountains of Utah. I love building and I love being able to see work get done. It's fulfilling to me to know that I have created something and that it bears my mark. I have studied for a year at University for Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on Aerospace. Being involved education and in all kinds of events and challenges have really made my life enjoyable. I believe in dreaming big and that you should not hold back, give it all you got.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of all that it has given me. When the Savior asked his apostles if they would leave him as some of the other disciples did Peter replied, "Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life." I feel the same about the Lord and his gospel, I know that it is found in its fulness here, in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I have seen how it has shaped me and my family to be strong and happy in this life. So much pain and suffering is avoided and comforted from the blessings of the gospel and the magnificent priesthood authority. To me, it's here, because I've found it to be true from my Heavenly Father. There is no other place.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving the Lord by being a full-time volunteer missionary in the London England area where I focus on serving Him and His children. Talking to people, finding opporutnities to benefit the community by lending a hand to those who could use it. I love being able to share the experiences that have blessed my life and offer those same remedies to those who would hear His message. I have served in many youth leadership positions growing up in the church as well. In these positions I have been able to get know and lift up those who need a hand, but at the same time I have been lifted by those same people. The experiences that I have had serving are not able to replaced. I know that the Lord seeks to bless the lives of His children, and that he often does it through His children.
