Hi I'm Aisha

I love DIYs, Martial Arts, Thrifting, Hiking, Laughing, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I am a student who loves martial arts and wants to someday teach women self defense and be a motivational speaker for women as well.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon, this is the same as, I am a follower of Christ. He is my redeemer and I believe that this church is extraordinary and beautiful and eternal and true. I have read the Book of Mormon and love it dearly. I have a strong testimony for the principles taught in this faith, they are heavenly and hopeful! I know that I will be with my family forever and I can fall but the Lord will always be there to pick me up again.

How I live my faith

I have always seemed different from everyone else, but I am the same. Everyone’s life is full of turns and my choices are just based off of what I believe my Lord wants specifically me to do. I love everyone and I know that God loves everyone equally! My day to day is the same as everyone else, I just remember the sacrifice Christ made for me, and that just influences the choices I make.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

To know if this gospel is real and true and right, you have to pray to our loving Heavenly Father. You have to ask if it is true, and ask for these things to be made know unto you. It’s so vital to have patients as well. We work with the Lords timing, not ours. And we also have to read the “fruits” of this gospel, the Book of Mormon. I grew up in the church my whole life, and I could never say it was true until last year. I got down on my knees, prayed and truly wanted to know. I didn’t have it set in my heart that it couldn’t be, but I hoped it was. And after that I continued to pray, and I prayed for the experiences and miracles to happen in my life to testify to me even more. And those things started happening, to the point that I could not deny any of it. I waited a long time, but through my experiences and the things I’ve seen and felt, I came to know. It wasn’t a huge explosion of power, but soft whisperings of the spirit testifying to me. Show more Show less
