Hi I'm Alex

I am a Brazilian who lives in London - UK, I work for the NHS Blood & Transplant. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a proud Dad and Husband, my family is the most precious thing to me. I grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, then moved to London, UK just after my baptism in 2001. New country, new language and new experiences. As a Brazilian I love Football (Soccer).

Why I am a Mormon

I was never looking to change my life. I was happy as a Catholic, which is the religion I grew up with; but Heavenly Father knew better. The church found me, and I am forever grateful for it. There is a spirit with this church that can not be found anywhere else. I know the Book of Mormon is true, and it has made a world of difference in my life. This church brings me happiness because I know it's where I belong.

How I live my faith

I live my faith in the small and simple things, like reading my scriptures, going to church, praying. I strive to serve others and help them where I can. Although I am far from perfect, I live and follow the commandments and teachings of Jesus Christ as best I can. I am the Young Men President in my ward, this is my first time working with the youth and I have been enjoying.
