Hi I'm Riley

I'm a student at BYU, business-owner, dog lover and missionary in the Colorado Fort Collins mission!

About Me

I am a dog-lover. I started my own pet-sitting business when I was eight so that I could get my dog Rocky, a Shetland Sheepdog. I am a sophomore at Brigham Young University majoring in Business and I am currently serving as a missionary in the Colorado Fort Collins mission!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the gospel and am so grateful for it. I love the gospel and do not know what I would do without it. I love the fellowship and kindness a ward shows towards everyone and I think of my ward as a second family. The gospel lets me think in an eternal perspective and helps me choose the right. It helps steer me in the correct path of leading a life with clean language, modest dress, education, morality, and teaches principles of keeping my body clean because it is a temple and away from things like smoking and drugs. Lessons in church have helped me through hard times and teach me that I am a child of God. Every Sunday we recite the young women's theme, and I love the values we strive to have: Faith, Divine Nature, Individual Worth, Knowledge, Choice and Accountability, Good Works, Integrity and Virtue. Also, while the world taught me that looks and style of clothes matter, I have learned that the Lord looks on the heart and with that in mind I look at other people in the same way. I have developed to be a better person in the church and will be forever grateful for the restored gospel.

How I live my faith

I serve with all my heart, might, mind and strength to show everyone God's love by accepting the call to be a representative of Christ.
