Hi I'm Isaac

I grew up in Wyoming. I am a natural resources attorney and the father of five. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I have lived and worked in Wyoming most of my life. I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially whitewater rafting and motorcycling.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I embraced the teachings of my parents. It was not always so. During the formative years of high school and college, I found that my connection to the Church and to my Savior was tested. I could not rely on what my mother taught me forever, and I had to find out for myself. It was not until I read the Book of Mormon in its entirety and prayed to God about its truthfulness that I was able to say with confidence that I know this church is true. As the years have passed, my relationship with Christ has deepened. I cannot deny what I know to be true. That is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Currently, I am responsible for teaching the nursery, a class for toddlers. I enjoy working with these youngsters as it provides an opportunity to teach the basic concepts of Christ's Gospel. Before being asked to teach the nursery, I was a Bishop for five years, serving as the ecclesiastical leader of a congregation of nearly 500 members.
