Hi I'm Enrique Kolowich

I'm Ricky, I'm a passionate gamer, and I'm, a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Enrique Kolowich and I am a recent convert. I have been a member for over a year now and my faith and knowledge of the church has grown many times over, thanks to my savior, Jesus Christ. I was saved by him, and personally prepared by our Father in heaven to start my journey on the straight and narrow path to the Celestial Kingdom. I have been through much wickedness, nonetheless the atonement is real insomuch that I have learned from my past, grown spiritually and physically, even to a point where I hope to bring others unto Christ, share his charity, and bring eternal happiness to those I teach, and their family's to come. I am a son of God, a disciple of Jesus Christ, and I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I chose to listen to the first missionary discussion because I cannot say if it true, or false, unless I have heard it first. So why not? I knew that if I was going to get into religion, the best choice would be The church of Jesus Christ, Latter-day Saints. After hearing the discussions, and pondering upon the words, I knew I needed to make change, and that these things that they spoke of, the blessings that could be close grasp were just what I needed for my future full of happiness. But It wasn't till after I prayed to my heavenly father for the first time, and spoke to him aloud, from the bottom of my heart if this was the right path for me, if the gospels were true, if I was to devote my life to this, that I received an answer that my life would be full, that I would prosper indefinitely, and that Joseph Smith was just like me, seeking truth. The feelings of the Spirit, the Holy Ghost, was all I needed to confirm all the keystones to the church were true, are true, and always will be.

How I live my faith

I am called as a ward missionary, and I also have recieved a call to serve in Mexico, Mexico City. I have been graduated from Highschool for a couple months now and all I have been doing is service. It keeps me whole, focused, and close to my heavenly father. I cannot find a joy like I feel when I am in the service of my fellow man, and my God. As I strive to be a saint of Christ, I find peace as I pray continually, with all my heart, mind, and strength. I encourage humility during prayer, and a faith, even a knowledge that He hears us. We are his children, and he longs to hold us in his arms. Even though I am in the youth Sunday school class, I am trusted to teach my friends who are the same age as me when my teacher needs me. This is due to the progress I have made being a ward missionary; I hope all who have thought about serving a mission will take the lead and go out with your ward's missionary duo, go on splits, add on to make it a trio, testify, love, teach, learn. It will bring you so much happiness, I have felt that promise. I hold the priesthood, and will take out my endowments as soon as I have spiritually prepared. My hopes are full, my future is near.
