Hi I'm Jonathan

I'm a Father, a seeker of truth, an artist, a musician, a computer geek, and a businessman. I'm a mormon

About Me

I'm a father of 5 beautiful children, and a husband to one incredible woman. My children and my wife are my inspiration. I'm an internet marketer by profession, an advertiser by education, a graphic artist by experience, a web developer by chance, a musician by heritage, and a seeker of truth by nature. I love to learn... new skills, new knowledge, new insights, new understanding. I love using my knowledge, experience, and skills to create things. Creating brands, websites, products, and things that improve people's lives and make the world a better place.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because as a seeker of truth, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the greatest source of truth I have found. I've studied many religions and their doctrines, and spoken with many people from all walks of life and regions of the world. They all bring with them certain understanding of eternal truths that are beautiful, special, and sacred. The Church helps me to recognize these truths, and the strength and faith of those people, not of my faith who helped me to understand them. At the same time the Church gives me a framework to put them in and link them together into one great whole. There are no empty books, taboo topics, or unanswered questions. Through the blessing of living prophets, modern scripture, and personal revelation I have yet to ask a question for which there was not an answer that resonated with my soul and helped me to find peace in a world of turmoil and darkness. I'm also a Mormon because I recognize in the Church the Lord's hand in blessing the lives of all of us. The Church gives me opportunities to serve, opportunities to learn, opportunities to repent, and opportunities to come closer to my savior Jesus Christ. Through those opportunities I at least in some small way share the love that my Heavenly Father and Lord has given me so freely.

How I live my faith

The most important place I live my faith is in my family, serving my wife and my children, and trying to inspire them as much as they inspire me. Teaching them, like my father did for me, about how to live my life in such a way that make the world a better place for those who come after me. The second most important way I live my life is by being a good neighbor, helping lay sod, watching peoples kids so they can go on a date, helping someone dig a hole for their trampoline, or just listening and being a friend. The third place is the world, sharing of the abundance that God has given me with others who are less fortunate. Lastly, I serve in the church, helping my local bishop keep things organized and running smoothly, making sure that everyone's needs are met, both physically and spiritually.
