Hi I'm Evan

I´m skater, I´m a desert kid, I´m a missionary in Argentina and I´m a Mormon!

About Me

I am a Dominican/ Chilean gringo who loves to be a missionary in Argentina. I grew up in desert town Mesa, Az where i have my wonderful family. I have 1 older brother and a mother and father. On my free time i like to go out and have fun, do kickflips on my skateboard or go hit the dry desert trails of Butcher Jones, and hang out with friends. Right now i am a missionary in Argentina. Hit the streets everyday and preach the gospel. Its definitely the best decision i have made in my life! Life is real so live it up everyday.

Why I am a Mormon

Well i grew up in the church with parents who are very strong and active, so i always took it for granted. Then came a time where i actually had to ask for myself why i am a mormon. There were different things going on in the world, new experiences and things that really tested my "faith". So one day i asked if all these things were true, and if i should keep going with it. I recieved and answer and it was something so small and simple that anyone could miss if they were not paying attention. That spiritual confirmation is what keeps me going today. Seeing the wonderful life and the blessing that i have just because I keep God close to me and work hard. It has really changed me, i know it has changed the people here in Argentina and i know it has changed my family. I love families and im so happy that the gospel helps the families so much. The gospel is a treasure. Simple as that.

How I live my faith

I live my faith every single day 24 hours a day. I get to go out and bear my testimony on how i recieved an answer that the Book of Mormon is true and that Jesus Christ lives and He loves us. Its so rewarding seeing people accept God in their lives and come unto him.
