Hi I'm Liz Britton

I grew up in Utah. I was a part of Student Gov. in College at Salt Lake Community College. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to dance, it's my passion. I do ballroom and hip hop, my favorite style of ballroom would have to be either the waltz or swing dancing. I like to go boating with my family and friends during the summer or being near the water, go to drive in movies, read... some of my favorite books are typically romance, adventure, and mystery, camping, four wheeling, traveling, and hanging out with my friends. I am the youngest in my family of 4 children and I have 8 nieces and nephews who I love dearly. My family means everything to me and i wouldn't be the person i am today if it weren't for their love, support, and kindness. I went to Salt Lake Community College for two years and was apart of student gov. which was amazing and a lot of fun. It taught me different leadership skills and taught me about my streangths and weaknesses. I am currently serving a full time mission in California which means the world to me. I love serving, teaching, and i love the people here.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I love it. I couldn't imagine my life with out it. I know with my whole heart and soul that this is the true church. I believe Christ died for us all to bring us back to heaven to live with our Heavenly Father for eternity. I know he knows me by name and knows me personally and knows everything I have felt. He is my Redeemer, my Savior, my friend, and my Brother. He has always been there for me and has always reached out for me, all I needed to do was reach back. I know that families can be together forever and I am grateful for this knowledge and I know anyone can have this knowledge if they truly desire it. All they need to do is ask, pray, and read the Book of Mormon. This is what gives me strength I was raised in the church and became truly converted when God testified to me that this is the right and the only right church in our world. He did so when I finished reading the Book Of Mormon and prayed to know if it is the true church. I will never forget the feelings I felt when he confirmed what I have always believed.

How I live my faith

I love going to church and activities through out the week. I had a position in my church where I was in charge of meeting new people who come into our church and introducing them to other members, as well as a ward prayer where we have a thought, scripture, prayer, and get to know you activity once a week typically on Sundays. I live my faith by going to church, reading my scriptures daily, praying, serving others, and sharing my testimony to those i meet.
