Hi I'm Renee Peterson

My name is Renee, I'm a sophmore in highschool, I love art, I love seminary, and I love this gospel.

About Me

I'm currently a sophmore in highschool, soon to be a Jr. I love art, and have a little black sketchbook/journal I always carry with me. Where ever I am, I can almost always gaurantee it will be as well. I love creative writing when ever I get the chance. I live with my grandparents, who just so happen to also be my bestfriends. But I'll always love my parents, they own four horses which I get to see and ride every so often. I love my seminary class and will always look forward to going. In highschool I'm on the track team. I'm a beginner, as well brand new to participating in any sport. But i'm quickly learning to love it. I play the guitar, and love to spend my Friday nights hanging out will all my good friends. :)

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up with this gospel in my life, and was born into the church. When I was younger my parents began to give me and my older sibling the choice to attend church. I fell away when I had this choice, not having as much self discipline as my parents had hoped I'm sure. But with recent life changes the lord helped bring me back. And now that I'm back I'm striving to be stronger than ever. I love the church and know it makes a huge difference in my life. Most of all I can easily say I'm just happy. :)

How I live my faith

In my ward I'm now a new Laurel President (president of the oldest young women in my ward). From where I was in my life a few years ago I would have never imagined I would be here and have this amazing calling. I'm very greatfull. I strive to be an example to others and live my life with a constant smile. And I'll be the first to admit I'm not always perfect when it comes to these things. But we can always learn from our mistakes. :)
