Hi I'm Kate Lefrandt

I am currently serving as an LDS missionary in Paris France. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I just graduated High School in the Spring of 2012. I am nineteen years old. I love playing tennis and playing the piano. I worked as a CNA this past Summer and loved helping people that needed help.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church of God... there is no doubt in my mind. Everytime I read the Book of Mormon, pray to our Heavenly Father, and go to church I feel the Spirit. I have felt that these things are true and I cannot deny it. I know its true and I love it.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith everyday. I am about to share the gospel with people who have never heard it before. I want them to know that they can be with their families forever. I want them to know that because of Christ's atonement they can be forgiven for all of their sins. I want them to know that because were human, none of us are perfect, and that because of Jesus Christ we can be. I want people know about what Mormons really believe in.

How are the activities of the Mormon missionaries funded?

Kate Lefrandt
No. All Men over the age of 18 are highly recommended to serve a mission but are not forced to. Woman are also allowed to at the age of 19 as well but it is only an option. Generally most missionaries are around the age of 19-21 years old. Woman serve 18 months as missionaries and men serve 2 years. It is voluntary. They serve to wherever the church calls them and represent the Church. Show more Show less
