Hi I'm Zach

I have moved eleven times, I was valedictorian at the high school where I met the girl I love, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've never been able to hold a hobby for very long because I have a pretty short attention span. I have always loved making things with my hands though, and I'm pretty good at it. Right now I'm going to college. My plan is to finish this semester, go on my mission (I was called to Spain!), get married to my wonderful girl, finish school with major in biology, and then go on to vet school. I love animals, I love helping people, I love all of my family and friends, and I love being a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I love this church. I can never deny the joy it has brought into my life. I have seen my best friend grow into a wonderful, beautiful, Christ-centered daughter of God because of the influence the Mormon church has had on her after her baptism more than two years ago. I have experienced the wonderful faith-building experience of seeing friends willingly leave their families for two years to go on missions all over the world to help spread the Gospel, and I recently received my call to do the same. I have learned the value of helping others and bringing the joy that I feel into their lives. I have gone through very difficult times and felt the comfort of Christ's Holy Spirit which He has promised to all of us. The Mormon church has only made my life better, and that is why I choose to be a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I do my best to live my faith by reading the scriptures and being a good person. I love the feeling I get when I read the Bible or the Book of Mormon and know that they are true books commissioned by God. It also makes me feel good when I do the things that make God happy. Helping other people, praying, going to church, and fulfilling my church responsibilities are all things that help my live my faith.
