Hi I'm Jeremy

I'm going on a mission to the West Indies. I enjoy scouting and the outdoors. I've been a Mormon my entire life

About Me

I went to high school in Los Banos, CA. In high school I was very active in scouting and became an Eagle Scout. I also had the opportunity to serve as a Page for the U.S. House of Representatives in the Spring of 2011. How I live my faith

In church I've had several callings and opportunities to serve but there are two in particular that I've really learned a lot from and enjoyed. The first is a special calling given to me by the bishop to help a special needs boy advance in scouting and the church. It was a touching experience to watch this young man grow and eventually attain First Class in the scouting program. I can't wait to see him get his eagle one day. The other calling was as a home teacher in my BYU Young Single Adult ward. One of the two girls I home taught had a very difficult school schedule. As her home teacher I was able to give her some relief by doing the simple favor of making a tire swing for her one day so that she could have the afternoon to relax and think of something other than her school work.
