Hi I'm Kathryn Sites

I grew up in Utah. I am going on a mission to the Philippines Baguio Mission. I love to help people. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am 20 years old. I graduated high school in 2011 and then I attended Utah Valley University for two years with a major in Nursing. I have a passion for helping people and I have discovered that if I am not helping or serving people then I am simply not happy! I work in an assisted living people as a CNA (certified nurses assistant). I love my residents like my own family! and when I leave on a mission I am going to miss them terribly! I have an incredible family! A mother and father who are great examples to me! I couldn't ask for better parents! I have two siblings. An older brother who served a faithful mission and a younger sister who's virtue and light shine brighter than I've ever seen. I love my family and I am so grateful that I get to spend eternity with them.

Why I am a Mormon

Growing up LDS, many people think that I didn't have a choice what faith I would follow. But the reality is, I have been given every choice in the world and I wouldn't choose to worship any other way. I have felt Gods love everyday of my life, even the hardest days. I am a Mormon because I know with all of my heart that this is the true church. I have felt joy, mercy, and love greater than any words I can type for you to read. I have been so blessed. I know that families can be together forever and I am so blessed to be in the family that I am. I don't have a great conversion story but I don't feel like I need one to convince you of my testimony. :) If you are wondering if the Mormon Church is true, I ask you to pray about it earnestly and diligently. Then "go ask the missionaries."

How I live my faith

Like I said before, I grew up in Utah (with the exception of living in Georgia for almost 3 years.) I have never not had friends that are LDS. I participated in Young Womens and Served in my callings to the best of my abilities. After I graduated and moved out I attended a few different young single adult wards in Orem, Utah. I saw countless examples of people just like me striving to stay close to Christ and to be who they would have them be.
