Hi I'm Aaron lawer

I grew up and live in Cornwall England. I am 14 years old. I live yards from are church. I am a Mormon

About Me

I'm 14 years old. I am a active member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints.which means I go to church as often as I can. I go to the Roseland community collage. Most of my friends at church go to a different school, which makes me the only Mormon in my school. It can be challenging at times, and not many of my friends know I am a member. They know I believe in God and they know my standards of living. I want to go to collage after I leave school and after that I want to go to university. Also when I am older I want to work as a chiropractor, get married and sealed in the temple.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a Mormon my whole life. the church has truly blessed and is still blessing my life. I can feel the presence of the holy ghost testifying of its truth to me often. I love that when I am around my missionaries I can feel their goodness and their constant companion, the holy ghost. My parents have brought me up in the church and I am grateful for that. I have such a deep gratitude to the current but soon leaving missionaries. I believe I have a good new friend which I wish to keep in contact with after they go home. I am so thankful because she has shared her experiences with me, helped my learn, live the gospel more, I'm most grateful for everything she has taught me and laughed and shared good time while she has been here with me. Thank you sister cubova :) Also I am a Mormon because when I pray I can feel my fathers forgiveness in me. The presence of the holy ghost, by my side.

How I live my faith

I, being the only member of the church in my school. I make sure my friends know my moral standards, and that has changed my group of friends a bit over the years. All of my friends have grown up for worldly desires while the laws of God remain the same. This has challenged me when I must modify my group of friends when it comes to media I listen to and watch I try to be selective in what I take in. I like horror films but only if they are okay to watch. and the music I listen to I make sure is church standards. I sometimes look up the lyrics to the music if I am unsure about what it is saying, then if it isn't okay i modify my playlist. I try to read my scriptures and pray every day, and the missionaries help me with this. All of are neighbours know that we go to church and one is being taught by the missionaries. and another comes to youth with me on a Tuesday night, when he can. One of my friends at school knows about my church. she has read the " for the strength of youth" booklet. and i am soon going to give her a book of Mormon.
