Hi I'm Chelsea

I'm 21 years old, married to a wonderful guy, and going to school to become a physical therapist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently going to college and pursuing a bachelors degree in Health Science where I will then attend Graduate school to become a Physical therapist. I am a very active individual when it comes to my health and fitness. I love to draw with charcoal when I have down time but with all the homework that I receive with school, I enjoy doing that too. I served a mission in the Baltimore Maryland mission and I LOVED IT! I was just recently married to an AMAZING guy and couldn't be happier with the decision I made-- to get married within the Lord's House, The Bountiful Temple. Although the first year in a married life is stressful, I couldn't do it without this gospel. It has been my rock and will always be my rock through this life and through the next one as well. I love to do service when I can and where ever it is needed. I love to help those around me when I am able. I am very dependent but willing to ask for help when needed. I love where I am in life and cant wait to continue on this road.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church but I stayed in His church because I too have a conversion story even though I am not a convert. When I was a senior in high school, my life felt as if it was falling apart. I was at a cross road where I needed to decide if I was going to stay and live this gospel or have nothing to do with it. When witnessing my own brother being hit by a car and almost killed, losing one of my close friends because he was off serving a mission and had no time to give me some comfort, along with my father losing his job for awhile then my mother losing a job for awhile... I hit rock bottom. One night I just could not take any more and I got down on my knees for the first time in three years and never prayed so hard in my life. I asked if there was a God that He would be able to comfort me and help me get through these trials. After I finished I never felt so loved by Heavenly Father. These trials of Faith that I faced changed my life and made me 110% converted to this Gospel. With no doubt in my mind this church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true and was restored by the Prophet Joseph Smith. I believe that Families are forever and will always be forever. I know that the Prophet today is Thomas S. Monson and He truly knows what this church needs at this time along with the world. I know that the Atonement is real and is a BEAUTIFUL thing. This is a gift from Christ himself, He loves each and everyone of us. This is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I continue to keep the commandments which Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ have asked me too. I also try my best in being social and letting those know what the Latter-Day Saints Religion is all about. I love to post things on Facebook about the Religion.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Yes. Husband and a wife can and will be together for not just this life but the next life as well. Families will live together in Heaven when we pass on to the next life. And honestly I cannot wait to see all my family members that have passed on and was never able to see. (: Show more Show less

Do Mormons worship Joseph Smith?

No. "Mormons" do not worship Joseph Smith, he is the prophet that restored the Gospel to this earth and we are very grateful to him for the sacrifices he made so that sooo many people may continue on after this life and to become Christ- like in this one. We do worship Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and try our best to live like them. Show more Show less
