We are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Hi I'm Kaylene

I'm a red-head and called to be a missionary. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love photography. It is my artistic way of expressing myself and capturing the sweet moments in my life as well as the life of others. I love to do hair as well. In college I hope to receive a BA in Studio Art I also want to pursue cosmetology. I am an older sister to four amazing brothers. I love children and find much joy in their sweet spirits. I love laughing, watching movies, blogging, and the sunshine. I especially love my church! I have been called to serve as a missionary to the Colorado Colorado Springs mission. I am so excited!

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a part of The Church all of my life. I've always had a deep desire to do what is right, but I was not truly converted until I was 18. I realized then that I have a Heavenly Father who loves us all very very much. We are each sons and daughters of Him, a king. He gives us personal guidance that allows us to grow and learn so that we may be a part of His kingdom again one day. Prayer is a major source of comfort and strength for me. Heavenly Father listens to our prayers, and answers them in ways that we need. I know that repentance brings happiness. I know that the leaders of this Church are the spokespeople for God. I know our Savior suffered for our sins because He is the best big brother any of us could ever have. Christ loved us and our Heavenly Father so much that He was willing to die for us so we could return again to Them, yet he was humble and gives the glory to God. Christ is our light. I know that we can receive this light through study of scripture, obedience, and prayer. The least I can do in return for all that I have been blessed with is serve my Lord for a year and a half. I know that He will strengthen me to do all that I need to in this life, and He will bring me eternal joy.

How I live my faith

I am the pianist at church on Sundays when we have singing time for the children. The children sing and learn fun and uplifting songs. They are never afraid to sing loud and clear for all to hear. I have also been called to serve as a missionary in Colorado.
