Hi I'm Spencer Hafen

I was born in Chicago but grew up in Utah, I attend BYU and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born and raised a tennis player. I have played tennis all over the country my entire life. My family is a very musical family. I play the guitar seriously, and dabble in the piano, ukulele, harmonica, and other instruments. I attended a year of college at Brigham Young University and plan on finishing there and attending law school when I return from my mission.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because there is no path on this Earth that guarantees greater happiness. I live the gospel and live cleanly because I know people will see me and know that I am happy and wish to become live as I do and I will be able to make them happy that way. I want people to see me and want to get to know Christ because they got to know me.

How I live my faith

I've served in leadership positions in my ward's youth organizations. I am an eagle scout, which is the highest level of achievement in the Boy Scouts of America program. I love to live according to the quote by St. Francis of Assisi; "Preach the gospel at all times, and when necessary, use words."

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Spencer Hafen
True conversion is a personal experience. The church is a wonderful place to be and the people there are the best the world has to offer, but in order to receive a true testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ, it must be a personal decision and a personal desire to obtain a knowledge.
