Hi I'm Madison

Daughter of a G. Lover of the Light. The Swiftist of Messengers. I'm a Missionary, but most importantly, I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm Sister Maile. I was born of two goodly parents, in the promised land, Utah. I'm the youngest of 8 siblings, one brother (the oldest) and way too many sisters. lol. jk. I'm the first of my siblings to serve a full-time mission and I'm doing so in the Texas Houston East. I am full blood Tongan. I love music, all kinds. I love learning, laughing, chillin and singing. Where the food is, there will I be also. I love love LOVE life, because the gospel of Jesus Christ gives me all I need to be truly happy in this life and the life to come :)

Why I am a Mormon

More than 2000 years ago Jesus Christ lived. He taught His gospel and organized His church by calling twelve apostles and giving them power (Matthew 10). Years after Christ and His apostles were rejected and killed, people sought the gospel Jesus had spread during His life. This very same gospel was restored to its fullness through the prophet Joseph Smith in 1820. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is God's kingdom here on earth. It is the only church that holds God's priesthood power and is guided by the arm of Heavenly Father through a living, breathing prophet today in President Thomas S. Monson. I am a Mormon, because I know that the previously stated facts are correct. I know this church is the same church that Christ organized while He lived here on earth. I know it, and it brings me all the joy in the world!

How I live my faith

I've been a member all my life, but the importance of the Atonement of Jesus Christ has only just recently impacted my understanding of this gospel. As a missionary, teaching these things that I already know to be true is a way for me to rededicate myself to Christ each day. I pray when I need the guidance of my Heavenly Father. I listen to His answers that are given me by the Holy Ghost. I live according to the standards that I know He's set for me. I submit my will to His, and let the rest fall into place.
