Hi I'm Erin

I'm a film student, a third-generation feminist, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Most of all, I enjoy screenwriting but I also love designing costumes and film sets. I'm the youngest of two sisters and one brother. I have a two-year-old nephew and an eight-month-old niece. I am currently attending my third year of college, but I am taking a year and a half off to serve a mission in Chile Rancagua.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, but I have decided to committ to this church for the rest of my life because I have realized that the doctrines bring peace and truth to my life. I have found that the love I have for others and the love others have for me is reflective of the love that Jesus Christ has for me and all of his children.

How I live my faith

I try to develop meaningful relationships with others and try to show them the love of Christ that I have felt in my own life. I have realized that I feel Christ's love strongly because those who are important to me have shown me what it means to love like Christ, and I try my best to follow their examples. I take the time to write down my spiritual insights, both those I gain through studying the scriptures daily and also those I experience just through living life and interacting with others. I pray to my Heavenly Father daily that he will take care of those I love, strengthen my weaknesses, and forgive me of my mistakes. I trust that the Lord knows what is best even when I struggle with the turns my life takes or I struggle with aspects of the Gospel.
