Hi I'm Megan

I'm a mom, I'm a nurse, I'm a mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 3 beautiful children. I trained as a nurse and worked for several years in critical care as an RN. I love being a nurse and helping people, however, I am grateful to have the opportunity to be just a mom for a little while and spend this precious time with them while they are young.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I have a testimony of Christ's church on the earth. I was born and raised in this church, but as a young woman I felt the need to know for myself whether this was the church Heavenly Father would have me attend. I searched the scriptures and prayed, but didn't feel like I received an immediate or resounding yes, and for a while I was uncertain. I continued to attend church, study the Book of Mormon, and pray and gradually, day by day I realized I had had the answer all along. Through many small confirmations, The Lord revealed to me that I was doing as He would have me do. This is where the Lord wants me to be. I know this is His church and that through the power of God given to His prophet and to men on earth, I can be with my family throughout eternity. I have had challenges in my life and I know I will continue to experience difficulties but with the Lord's help, I am able to do all things. This is His gospel and His church restored to the earth and I am blessed to belong to it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith daily with my children. I try to help them understand how much our Father in Heaven loves them and teach them about Him. I organize monthly activities for the women in our ward. We try to combine both fun and spiritual activities as well as discussing practical things that can help us draw closer to our Heavenly Father in our daily lives.
