Hi I'm Seth

I used to live in the U.S.A. I like Yo-Yoing. I'm a corporate Account Executive. I'm married. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

From the age of 12-18 I lived in the U.S.A and returned to the UK so culture shock is something I'm fairly used to. I'm married but do not have any children (yet) so a lot of my time is spent with my wife and extended family members. I am a professional sales person and have an interest in business development. I have a weird interest in understanding people and their career aspirations, don't ask me why. I attended the University of Nottingham and gained a BA in Management Studies and hope to pursue an MBA at some point. Maybe interesting: I used to compete with the yo-yo!

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was raised in the church my personal conviction and understanding came in my late teens. One day I had decided to read the Book of Mormon from cover to cover. I had heard so many 'conversion stories' and 'positive experiences' about reading the book and I wanted to see if reading a simple book could really do so much. After reading the Book of Mormon I changed as person and my behaviors improved significantly. At first it was a peculiar experience as I couldn't pin point an exact verse, phrase or story that made me feel this way. But from that point on I knew that what I was reading was true. There is an unmatched level of peace, knowledge and understanding that comes from both reading the Book of Mormon and living the gospel in the Saviors way. I do it because it's right and because I want my future family to experience the blessings that come from being a member of His church.

How I live my faith

I am responsible for the management of financial and church membership records for my local church. In addition I assist teaching and running activities for young men between the ages 12-18. My wife and I have also been responsible for running 'on-stage' activities and small productions.
