Hi I'm Logan

I was born and raised in Utah. I was a runner in high school, and I love sports of any kind. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love sports of any kind, and I especially enjoy running and wrestling; I ran and wrestled in high school and like to keep up with these. I go to BYU and I enjoy spending time with the great friends that I have made there. I've been called to labor on a mission to Thailand for the next two years, and I am very excited for this opportunity. My friends and family are the center of my life, and I love them very much. Anything and everything I do, I prefer to do with them. Since the last time that I've updated my profile, I've entered the MTC and mission field, and the Lord has blessed me and my family greatly since I've been here. I've seen much growth in myself as a person, and serving God has brought true and lasting happiness to my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is my source of happiness. There have been many times in my life that I have felt alone and in the dark, but my testimony of the Savior Jesus Christ and His Atoning Sacrifice has strengthened me and been my Light. I know that every ounce of happiness in this life stems from Him. I know He lives, and I know that He loves every single one of us. He is the Light that illuminates our darkened world. He's shown me His Love and Light in more ways than I can ever express, and I am eternally grateful for that. I say these things in His name, Jesus Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I participate in my ward in various service activities. I work specifically with our group of men in a leadership position. Because of this experience, I've been able to get to know other members of my ward very well. It has shown me that "when ye are in the service of your fellow being, ye are only in the service of your God" (Mosiah 2:17). This great opportunity has helped me develop a strong relationship with Jesus Christ, and come to know His character better. Now, I'm on my mission learning how I can serve our Heavenly Father in the best way that I possibly can, and I've seen countless ways that He has blessed my life. As I've been out here serving, I've found that the best way that I can live my faith is by being the best person that I can be. I'm not the best at everything, but I can work hard to improve myself each day and lose myself in the work for the Lord.
