Hi I'm Whitney Sinclair

I grew up in Texas and I now attend Utah State University and have been called to serve a mission in Everett, WA.

About Me

My name is Whitney and I attend Utah State University and love life! I love to scuba dive, play soccer, paint, and just be outside. I grew up in Texas, graduated Validictorian of my high school class, and was captain of my soccer team. I have played soccer since I was four and now love playing intramurals in college. I enjoy being around animals and I have a wonderful Great Dane that I love. I like to be active and to be around people. I also love dancing, listening to music, traveling, running, and being with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

Having the fullness of the gospel of Christ in my life has been wonderful! Being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is definitely the best thing in my life. No matter where I am in the world, I know there is a ward family there that will help me and it provides me with instant friends who share the same standards and beliefs as me. Having the opportunity to attend seminary and institute through the church has increased my knowledge of the Savior and the more I learn the more I am filled with His pure light and love. Through my weekly lessons at church and opportunities to serve others, I have gained such a great desire to always do good and share that wonderful blessing and knowledge I have with those around me. I have decided to serve a mission and have been called to Everett, WA and I couldn't be more excited about it. I love the Gospel and being of member of His church is the best thing I could ever do!

How I live my faith

I have had many callings in the church and I love serving people! I go visiting teaching with my roommate every month and have made some really good friends because of that. I served in a presidency my first year at college in a singles ward and it was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. I was able to serve so many people and help them with the challenges they were having or just be a friend they needed. I organized activities once a month for all the women in the ward with the help of a wonderful committee. I also served in a presidency when I was in high school and helped many others my age grow in the gospel. I attended early morning seminary all throughout high school and it changed my life and brought me to such a greater understand of Heavenly Father. I now attend institute and I continue to learn so much and I grow spiritually everyday!
