Hi I'm Breanna Beck

I'm 21, serving a mission in Georgia, and I am a Mormon

About Me

I used to dance and sing in high school. I went to school to be a hairstylest. I am serving in the Georgia Atlanta North Mission. I grew up in the Church.

Why I am a Mormon

The start of my conversion was when I was a sophomore in high school. I went to Liberty Jail where Joseph Smith had many trials of his faith. When I was there, the spirit hit me so strong and I knew that he was a prophet of God. With that knowledge, I knew I needed to read the Book of Mormon. Before I finished the book, I was able to get my Patriarchal blessing. The night that I finished the Book of Mormon, I was praying to find out if it was true, and the thought came to my head, " You already know this is true." These experiences have made my hard times seem eaisier and my trials seem smaller. It is the best thing that has happened to me, and that is why I am preaching the Gopsel to the people of Georgia. I want others to know the things I know, and to feel the way that I feel.

How I live my faith

Before I came out on my Mission, I was teaching the 13 and 14 year olds in my ward. I love those kids! They helped me a lot in being able to teach others about the Gospel. It is a very different story theaching the Gospel to people who don't know much about it, but i'm loving it.
