Hi I'm Sean

I was born in Jacksonville, Arkansas, lived in North Carolina and Germany, but mostly grew up in Utah. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

As a kid i loved building with legos, now i enjoy working on cars. I like to swim, eat, rock climb, bike, boat, and pretty much anything out doors. I love go-karts/ dune buggies. I am an eagle scout and loved the scouting program. hunting is one of my favorite things, as well as air soft and paintball. I am currently serving in the Oaxaca Mexico mission. I love the people here, and i love serving the lord!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. I have always known this church is true.

How I live my faith

I have always attended church on Sundays, I also went to young men's as often as possible. My ward never had enough youth so i always helped prepare and bless the sacrament. i have enjoyed being apart of this church, you make friends for life!

What are Mormon church services like? Are visitors allowed at church meetings? Can I attend church?

Sean
Everyone is welcome, you do not need to sighn up in advance or call to make an appiontment. You can show up to any ward biulding at any time, and leave when ever you would like. All we ask is that you be reverent. We always start sacrament meeting with a hyme and a prayer. Anouncments will be made about up comeing events or changes that are going to be made. We sing a intermidate hyme and then partake of the sacrament. After, we hear from members of the ward. They are normal people like you and me. They will share thier thoughts and feelings about the gospel and help us to grow spirtually. After a couple people have spoken, we end the meeting with another hyme and prayer. This meeting goes for about 70 mins. After we have sunday school. This is where we go to learn about t he doctrine. We teach eacher about Jesus Christ and his gospel. This meeting is about 50 mins long. Lastly, we divide into our groups and hold our last meeting of the day. Preisthood holders meet with each other while women meet. They are called the relief society. Children go to nursery and primary. We all continue to learn by listening to lessons given that are about the gospel. A full church day is about 3 hours long. We enjoy learning about Christ and feel the spirtit as we are taught. I would like to invite anyone that may be interested in going to church. Show more Show less
