Hi I'm Ashley Danaei Clark

I am a girl who loves to laugh and loves to have fun! I love my life and I love my family. I'm happy because I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to be with people and I absolutely love my family! They are without a doubt the biggest blessing I have in my life and I am grateful to know that I will have this blessing for forever. I love to enjoy everyday and I find happiness in the small and simple things. This world truly is a beautiful place and there is always something to smile about. Laughing is a constant hobby of mine and I think I am pretty good at it! I love to be happy and as a daughter of God I have every reason to be.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon for the happiness and strength it gives me through every moment of my life. When I was six years old and was diagnosed with Type One Juvenile Diabetes I didn't understand why. I often asked my Heavenly Father "why me?" looking for an answer of what I needed to do and learn with hopes that once I learned enough and did everything He would eventually cure me. What I failed to see though was that this trial is something I get to work on and learn from every single day and it is the greatest gift He has given me. Because I have this trial I have seen my Savior heal me every day as I rely on Him and on His atonement. This trial has helped me to come closer to Him and It has taught me to rely on Him in every aspect of my life. Without Him I could not and cannot face this life alone, without Him I wouldn't even be able to comprehend the meaning of life. It is through my trials I have learned this. Because I am Mormon I have received help and comfort and knowledge in knowing that as I am facing struggles that we all face in life I am never facing them alone. I know that my brother Jesus Christ suffered for my every pain and affliction. Being Mormon has helped me to feel His love daily and I have come to understand my purpose here on earth. Being Mormon gives me hope and a sure knowledge that one day I will return to live with Him again and I know that just as He was resurrected to perfection I too will be. I look forward to the day I stand perfectly with Him. I know He wants this for all of us, to be happy with Him again. This is why I continue following His gospel, not only for the blessings that are promised to me now in this life; but for His promise to me that as I follow his example in all that I do I will reach eternal life living with Him and my Heavenly Father. Being Mormon truly is an eternal blessing.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by taking on each and every new day with a prayer and a smile on my face ready to do the will of my Heavenly Father whatever that may be. I pray always to invite the spirit to be my constant companion throughout the day and I love being able to feel His presence in my life. I strive to read the Book of Mormon daily because by reading it I gain so much knowledge and understanding of the plan that my Heavenly Father has for me. The Book of Mormon helps me to know how to handle situations in my life both good and bad in the way my Heavenly Father wants me to. The Book of Mormon literally is a gift from God that I can hold in my hands and know and feel of His tender love and mercy. I know that as we act on our faith we can always know of surety that we have a loving Heavenly Father and a loving brother Jesus Christ who gave His life for each and everyone of us and because I strive to increase the faith that I have daily I am always able to feel of their love for me and I know their love is never leaving, whether I feel like I deserve it or not. I act on my faith to show my Heavenly father how much love I have for Him and how grateful I am for His daily blessings that He gives to me. By acting on my faith I strive to show Him my gratitude for the blessing I have to be a a member of His true church. I am always striving and working hard to help my faith grow for it truly is a life long task.
