Hi I'm Britney Gwen Bosshardt

I'm a farmer, a science fanatic, a poet, a musician, and a student. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I love to play the violin and to sing. I also have two baby sisters that are my life and my world. I'm currently a student at Utah State University, where I'm majoring in Rangeland Resources and Crop Science. I love learning about how plants and ecosystems works. I love to garden and I thrive when I'm working outside. I also have an adopted family who have helped me more than anything.

Why I am a Mormon

I became converted through a lot of thought, reading, and prayer. I also had a few humbling trials that brought me close to the love of my Savior. After I knew that I was loved and that my Savior and Brother only wanted what was best for me, I started to investigate to see which of the churches were right. During this time, my best friend, Ryan, came into my life. He never pushed me to come to church, he was just a great friend. He brought me back to church by his example of love and a desire to serve. I'm a Mormon because of my Savior. The principles taught by the Church make sense to me and bring me closer to my Heavenly Father. I know that I am a beloved Daughter of God. My prayers are heard! My Savior loves me. I promise that the blessings of being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints will far outweigh the trials that will come. I love this church! It brings me joy and that's why I want to serve a mission. I want to help people find an everlasting happiness that won't corrupt or die with age. I know my Savior lives! And I know that this church is true.

How I live my faith

I've recently been called to serve a full time in the Tucson, Arizona mission, and I'm beyond excited! This was a very hard decision for me because I doubt my adequateness in helping people. I've also been offered several other options in the place of going on a mission. All of the options were great options, none would lead me in a wrong direction. However, after much prayer and thought, I knew I was meant to go. I try to live my faith through everyday actions. By letting the people in my life know that I love them, and doing random acts of service, I hope that I help others see Christ.

What do Mormons believe about the nature of God?

I love this question because it shows how much God loves us. God is like a father because of the fact that he loves us and care for us. He's also knows us well enough to see what is most helpful to our eternal progression. He is the ultimate father. Show more Show less
