Hi I'm Kevin

I Grew up in Caldwell Idaho, I am serving a mission in Yekaterinburg, Russia. and I'm a mormon

About Me

I am majoring in computer science currently at BYU-Idaho and have many hobbies. I like to program in C++ and Java and hope to be advanced in both computer languages. I Love to study music, my favorite genre is Electronic, also known as House. I like to produce music with FL Studio and hope to someday play my music live. I express my love to electronic music through a dance known as the Melbourne Shuffle. Which I try and practice everyday. I do all these things to either inspire, or entertain. I love being a geek and am proud of it.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in this church. Growing up as a kid I never really thought too hard about religion or why I went to church. I've always wanted to skip out or stay home, but luckily my parents kept me in it and kept me going, because now I can see why. Upon growing up I didn't really have any serious struggles, I was blessed to have a good family with a good job and a good house. Now things around me are starting to fail a little bit, and if it wasn't for the comfort and the knowledge of this gospel, I wouldn't be as near as happy as I am now. The Gospel continues to give me faith to work through troubles, it helps me realize who I am and what I am suppose to focus on, what the Lord wants me to focus on. I am a son of my Heavenly Father and I will strive to do my best to become like my eldest brother, Jesus Christ. I'll never, no never, desert to His foes. With this thought in mind, it comforts and keeps the stress away. That is why I want to teach this gospel to others, so that they may feel the comfort as I do. Nothing makes me more happy than to see other people trudge onward toward their goals and successfully make it. I have a testimony that if we continue to turn our hearts to the Lord, He will guide us through our struggles. And if my testimony is what will help someone understand that, then I will share it.

How I live my faith

I serve as a missionary for the church in Yekaterinburg, Russia starting June 5th, 2013 for two years. I will wake up every morning at 6:30, get ready for the day, then teach all those who are willing to listen and learn until night.
