Hi I'm Ashley

I'm from Kaysville, Utah. I'm a student at Utah State University. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a student at Utah State University, and I am studying English teaching. I've played lacrosse, I love to run, and I've played the piano since I was five years old. I'm the oldest of six kids, and I love to be with people.

Why I am a Mormon

I've grown up in the church, and wouldn't change that for the world. I love the hope that this gospel brings: through the doctrines of the Plan of Salvation and the continuous revelation from our priesthood leaders. I love the peace that comes from this gospel: from the sealing power of the temples and eternal families, to the all encompassing power of the Atonement.

How I live my faith

As a member of a Young Single Adult Student ward, I live my faith by fulfilling my church callings and attending ward functions. I serve as an instructor for my ward, am a visiting teacher, and assist my roommates and ward members in the organization and carrying out of various ward and stake activities. I attend ward temple days, and participate in nightly scripture study and prayer with my roommates. As a visiting teacher, I look out for and teach two sisters in my ward, and visit them on a monthly basis: sharing religious messages, catching up on their lives, and assisting them with anything they may need help with.
