Hi I'm Weston

Im from Arabic ancestry. Im a rock climber, skier, and a mountaineer. I love my savior and my family. And i'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy being outside. I have climbed numerous mountains like the Grand Tetons, Gannett Peak and this summer plan on ascending Mount Rainier. I enjoy much rock climbing in utah and have set up numerous routes with my father. I have been skiing since i was five, and enjoy backpacking with my family. I enjoy shooting guns, fishing, and being with other people. I plan on going to either BYU or Utah State for college, after a two year mission i will serve for my savior. My family is very important to me as we have bonded after years of having fun together and growing in faith together.

Why I am a Mormon

Although i have grown up in this marvelous church, i know for myself that this word is true. Nothing will ever give you such happiness in your life than the message of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that the book of mormon is true and Joseph Smith was a prophet of god. By the power of the Holy Ghost these things have been revealed to me and i know that if anyone is curious they can know for a surety that this message of everlasting happiness is true.

How I live my faith

I (although i am only 17) am lucky enough to be able to serve in my church. I am able to help those in meed my age in planning activities and getting kids involved who go to my school. I have participated in may of service projects and enjoy helping others. We recently held a carnival for a Title one pre-school for mentally and physically challenged pre-schoolers who need a friend; we also held a food, cloth, and book drive for those children and their families. In July i will be leaving my home for two years to serve my savior in Russia as I bring this marvelous word of happiness to people who are willing and able to hear it.
