Hi I'm Chris

My family and I live in North Wales, I am a podiatrist, my wife is a nurse. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love my family, football, friends. I am a self employed podiatrist and enjoy meeting so many different people. I work with my Dad and my friend from uni. Soon my brother will join us when he finishes uni. I play football with my brothers and brother in law every week and have done for 11 year. We are such a close family, and that is down to the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know my priorities are my family, we work together and play together. I am married and we have a daughter with another on the way. I never knew how great it could be to have these people in my life, but now I know. They are the best things in my life, they make me want to be better because I owe it to them. All that I try to do is for them and my Saviour Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up as a Mormon and at times in my life i could have said its easier to not be a Mormon. however I have come to know this is true, i know it is. I am amazed with the scientist and non scientist who tell us with certainty of the "theory's" of the origins of life. Maybe they are correct but they cannot tell me that God is not the author, architect and creator of those theories. As I look around me and see the complexities of life balance perfectly around us, I see that there is a creator. Columbus once said the world was round and he was right. People changed their view when he proven it round. I go by the faith I have, I feel it, I know it because I experience the knowledge that comes by doing what Columbus did and exploring. Humbly ask God is thisHis Church. We my family, this knowledge is my greatest accomplishment and treasure.

How I live my faith

I currently serve as a Bishop and find it a great privillage and responsibility. When I was young I used to be shy about telling people that I was a Mormon because I was worried they would make fun. But tonight I got home from a wedding reception of a friend of ours and I felt so proud in a nice way to be able to say I don't a drink alcohol because.... I am a Mormon. That is a very small way in which my faith governs my decisions. But what I am really grateful for is that striving to live to the hight standards of the church helps me enjoy my life so much more.
