Hi I'm Bryan Taylor Barlow

I was born and raised in Irvine, Orange County, California. I'm a comedian, musician, writer, student, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Currently, I'm a student at Utah Valley University studying Speech Communication. I am a member of the improv comedy club "What's So Funny." I am also the president of the Stand Up Club. I love comedy. I love making people laugh. I am also a singer, pianist, guitarist, composer and arranger. I am learning all of these things by myself and through classes at UVU. I served an LDS mission to the African countries Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Malawi.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I have come closer to Jesus Christ. Through His teachings in His church, I have learned for myself that He is the Son of God. I have learned the importance of faith, that I must act and not be acted upon. Because of my diligence in keeping the commandments and constantly repenting of past transgressions and sins, I have gained an eternal perspective of my life. He is the Son of God. He suffered, died, and resurrected that all of us may gain eternal life. He opened the way for each of us to earn salvation and exaltation. He cleans us of our sins and infirmities, giving us relief when we most need it, and power to move forward. Jesus is the Christ. Amen.

How I live my faith

I am the music co-chair in my singles ward. I organize the music programs for every sacrament meeting, and I am a hometeacher. I go around with a companion and teach two college apartments in my complex once a month. I live by example by following the example of Jesus Christ.
