Hi I'm Jamie Ellsworth

I'm a mission in London. I love my family and the outdoors. I Love to smile. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving as a missionary in the London, England mission. I grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin and had the best childhood a girl could have. Before I came here I was studying at Brigham Young University in Idaho. I love to be involved and playing some kind of sport. Meeting new people is one of my favorite things. I love being a member of this church. I know that it is Christ's church on earth. I love helping people to feel the love that their Saviour has for them and the power of the Atonement in their life.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it brings me true happiness. I know that no matter what, Heavenly Father always loves me. I know that when times get hard, I do not have to go through my trials alone. I know that there is a way for our burdens to be lifted from our shoulders and that we can truly be happy. I want to live once again with my Father in Heaven. This is the true church of Jesus Christ on the earth. It has been restored to the earth in it's fulness. I know that through this gospel we can come to know who we are and the potential we have. When I gained my testimony that it was true, it changed my life in a way that I cannot even explain. I love this gospel more than anything else.

How I live my faith

I live my faith day to day. My faith is more than just a belief. It is something that has shaped me into the person that I am today. In the world that we live in, it can be very easy to get caught up with many things. I think that it is important to remember what we need to do. I strive everyday to read the Book of Mormon and pray and by doing those things, my day seems to go better. I always surround myself with good people who have similar values as myself. Ultimately, as hard as it can be, I try my best to become more like my Saviour, Jesus Christ.
