Hi I'm Stephen

I live in Vancouver, Washington. I love to play basketball. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student and enjoy learning whenever I can. I love doing any kind of physical activity. I play basketball and soccer, I am an Eagle Scout, and my family is the single-most important thing to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know with all my heart that this Gospel is true. I love the happy message this Church brings to others, and have such a powerful knowledge that our Father in Heaven hears and answers our prayers. He knows each and every one of us, and loves us. It is through this Gospel that we are able to come unto Christ and to return to our Heavenly Father. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that the scriptures are such an excellent way that we can receive answers from the Lord. I know that Thomas S. Monson is the living prophet today and that counsel and instruction he gives is inspired and given from God. I know these things are true and that this Church is THE true church.

How I live my faith

I am serving a mission as a Mormon Missionary for two years. I live my faith by being the best I can be and serving others in whatever way I can. I love telling others about my faith and what it is that I believe. I'm proud to say I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Families are so important because we know that we can live with our families for eternity. God has established families on Earth to bring happiness to His children, to allow them to learn correct principles in a loving atmosphere, and to prepare them for eternal life. The home is the best place to teach, learn, and even apply the principles of the Gospel. Families are ordained of God and are of great value and importance. Show more Show less
