Hi I'm Julie

I grew up in Utah. I play rugby for UVU, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I was raised in the classic Mormon household. I have 4 older brothers and one older sister and one mom and one dad. My family is absolutely crazy and we're half Canadian thanks to my dad. I go to school at UVU and I LOVE it! I play on their rugby team and I've been so blessed with all the people I've been able to surround myself through school, sports, and the Gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon mostly because I was raised that way, but I choose to stay a Mormon because of the values Mormon's uphold. I want my kids to be raised in the Gospel and have the reassurances that I have through the Gospel and feel the same love and support as I have through my youth.

How I live my faith

I'm pretty quiet about my beliefs and I think everyone has their own opinions, but I will always be an example and follow the teachings of the prophets. One thing I do to live my faith is I choose to not participate in sports on Sunday, even when we have important games for national play offs, I've decided that my testimony is my most precious gift and even a national championship isn't worth more than the love my Savior will give me for keeping the commandments.
