Hi I'm Jed

I grew up in Utah, now Im headed to Albania on a mission. I enjoy riding bikes! I'm excited to share what I believe. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I enjoy snow skiing in the winter, and water skiing in the summer. My whole family loves these things. It's a family affair everytime we go. I love to downhill mountain bike in the mountains around my home and on the track that me and my brothers have made at home, and I love to be with my friends. I like Chinese food, and a GOOD sandwich. One with lots of stuff on it! I'm a sweets baker at my family bakery, and I can honestly say I make one mean cookie. I'm the oldest child in my family and I have 2 dogs, 2 kitties, and 8 chickens. I love my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Latter-Day Saint family. It's what I've always known. But I continue being a member of the church by gaining a testimony or finding the truthfulness of the gospel through the church's teachings. I love the feeling I get by serving others. I love the freedom I have by following Christ's teachings. I'm not hindered by addictions or bad habits. I feel my life is truly blessed by following the example of my Savior.

How I live my faith

I am involved in my church youth group. We do tons of activities in which I've helped planned since I was 12. Every Tues. night you can see us in the community helping neighbors with yard work, hauling hay, playing an awesome game of Kick Ball, or learning about different occupations that we may enjoy later in life. I've been active with the Boy Scout of America and with that, our youth group does plenty of camping, and high adventure activities. Sunday's I attend church with the same group of boys. There I've learned to give talks to a congregation, and also to teach lessons in our classes. We are responsible for leading out and planning activities. I love my church group of friends.
