Hi I'm Lisa Jane

I am from Utah. I am a college student and a missionary. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I have completed my freshman year at BYU-Idaho. I am majoring in International Business with a Minor in Chinese. I have a love for world culture. I love art, music and books way too much. I dream of traveling the world, of opening a bakery, of teaching English in Korea, of being a mother and raising a family, and so much more. I am a firm believer in dreaming big. Because when you dream big anything is possible. I have a habbit of singing into my hairbrush, dancing in the rain, and looking for the bright side to any situation. I have been called to serve a mission in Curitiba Brazil, but am currently serving in Columbus Ohio while waiting for my visa, and I am excited to share the Gospel with the people there. It is something that has really blessed my life.I am the youngest of six children. We are all very close. I have great friends and family that support me in all of my dreams, in college and on my mission. I love them all so much and I am so thankful to have them in my life. :)

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of my family. My family has been active in church since I was born. As I grew up, I participated in Primary and the Young Women's organization. I have learned a lot about life, why I am here, and how I should live. Living the gospel makes me and my family happy. We have a very close-knit loving family and I know that comes from living the way Heavenly Father wants us to. I can't imagine living life not knowing that I am a daughter of a Heavenly Father who loves me.

How I live my faith

I enjoy attending church each Sunday. I also attend any activities for the young single adults that my church has. This is a great way to meet and get to know other people my age. I have just committed to serving for 18 months on a mission to Brazil. There, I will be able to meet people and share my knowledge and beliefs with them.
