Hi I'm Pegorim

I'm a brazilian. I love the peace that comes from doing what is right. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm from São Paulo. I work with computers. I study to gain knowledge and to be able to do more things. I like playing table tennis, chess, soccer, swiming, singing (even being a terrible one)... I think that as much as I know what is right and what God expects me to do I will have a better life.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I feel that it's right. I understand why I need to keep the commandments. I know how I should be. I found happiness and peace by living the Gospel taught at Church. I feel safe knowing that God called a prophet to help and guide me. Today is easier to understand Who God is and what He expects me to be. So then, I can make better choices. I learned that living the principles taught at this Church I can have a better life, I know what I can expect from heaven.

How I live my faith

I attend a chappel with almost one hundred people. I teach the youth, helping them to know by themselves what is right and what they should do in order to be happy. I also go to the members houses to teach them and help them overcome problems or situations that they may be strugling with.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

I like to think about this scrpiture in Matthew 16:19. Jesus gave power to seal 'whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven'. Jesus didn't put restrictions, actually He's saying that they could seal what they thought that should be sealed. So if Jesus didn't put limits, why should we? Show more Show less
