Hi I'm Lander

I wrestled a stuffed grizzly bear and won, almost beat the Tops Challenge, I'm serving a mission in Minnesota, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

My name is Lander. I live in Utah. I played sports in High School. My favorite of the sports that I played was basketball. I have 3 sisters, and a brother. I was actively involved with student government in High School. I work at a hardware store. I am preparing to serve an LDS mission. I've been called to serve in the Minnesota Minneapolis mission. I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing sports, and watching movies. Tennis and basketball are my favorite sports to play. I enjoy fishing and hunting, and consider myself quite good at fishing. I love the gospel, and I'm a Mormon

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the gospel. I was lucky enough to be born into a good family with parents and sibling that love me, and raised me in the gospel. I know that I wouldn't be the person that I am today without the church. I try to live my life so that others know that I am a Mormon. I love the gospel of Christ, and I love the opportunity that I have to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I try to share my testimony every day through my actions. I know that this church is the only true church on the earth, and I know that Heavenly Father wants us to be happy so he gave us the truth. It's our choice to except the gospel. I know that the Book of Mormon is true. I read it every day and try to apply what I learn every day. Originally I was a Mormon because that was the way that I was raised. Now I know that I am a Mormon because I have my own testimony of Jesus Christ, the Restoration, the power of the Priesthood, and of the gospel as a whole. I'm a Mormon. I know it. I live it. I love it.

How I live my faith

I have been actively involved in the young men's organization. I live my faith by taking part and magnifying my priesthood callings.

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

We can increase our faith in Jesus Christ by first having a desire to believe, then by following His example, keeping His commandments, studying His word and teachings and living them, your faith and love for the Savior will grow and be strengthened. Show more Show less
