Hi I'm Emily

I am a blessed and loved person. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Mormon and have recently been called to the Virginia, Richmond mission. I leave April tenth to the MTC and most likely will spend 2 weeks there before continuing on to the mission field in Virginia. I went to college in central Utah for a semester before returning home to prepare for a mission while spending time with my family. ... After being on my mission for two-plus weeks, I can honestly say that I love preaching the gospel with all my heart. I have never felt such love and guidance from God than in this little time that I've been here. God has challenged me, laughed with me, blessed my family, chastized and corrected me... and most of all, He has helped me understand how much He loves me, and wispers peace to my soul promising to never leave me. If I die tomorrow, I will be a better, happier person than I ever was before. And it is thanks, simply, to His love.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because nothing has brought me as much peace and happiness as living this gospel with all that I am. I love being a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by submitting my will to God's. I have learned that my time, talents, energy and life are all gifts from God, and by giving him those I can never hope to repay him for all the blessings I've been given. But because my will is entirely mine, it is the only thing I have to offer, and I am happy to give it. For He never has and never will lead me astray.
