Hi I'm Spencer Ferrin

I'm a born and raised cactus jumper in Arizona. I love sports, I love my family, and I love my dog, Chubby. And I'm a Mormon!!

About Me

I grew up in Central, Az and come from a great family! I am the youngest of 6. I have four older sisters and one older brother. I also have the best dog in the world, Chubby. I graduated from Thatcher High School and attended Eastern Arizona College for one semester. After one semester I decided to take a break for a 2 year mission in Charlotte, NC! I love sports, my family, and my dog! I'm a Mormon!

Why I am a Mormon

I have always grown up in the church, and have had good parents who taught me how to live righteously. I continue to follow His gospel because i know it to be true. All of life's questions are answered, and i know what I am suppose to do on this earth. This Gospel doesn't make life easy, but it makes it easier. I live this gospel and strive to become better because of the way I feel. Even acting on a twig of faith allows God to grow it. As I have grown in the Gospel and done my best to keep the commandments, act on my faith, and live the Doctrine of Jesus Christ I have felt the Holy Ghost in my life. And by feeling the Holy Ghost I know without the shadow of a doubt that this gospel brings true happiness. The experiences that I have had, and the Spirit that I have felt confirm that what I am doing is right in the sight of God. I also know that the my Father in Heaven and Jesus Christ love me. And if I rely on the Atonement of Jesus Christ I can be with my family forever and live in the presence of God in eternity. This knowledge makes it worth it!

How I live my faith

Living my faith is a way of life! I love it! And there are many things that contribute to this. Something that has helped me live my faith is making time every single day to study the Book of Mormon. I have found that in today's world making good choices gets harder and harder, and that being nourished by the words of the prophets plays a huge role in my spiritual strength. The Book of Mormon was written for our day, and has the answers to life's questions. No matter what problem or trial, no matter what struggle or question I have- the Book of Mormon always helps and always answers. And no matter how many times I read the Book of Mormon I always learn something new. I learn more of the doctrine of Jesus Christ and how I can improve each day- which then helps me set goals to become a better person and set goals to become more like my Savior, Jesus Christ.
